Enrolment Form - Elite Canines Training

Please follow the steps below to enrol your dog.

Step 1 - Read the Details

This enrolment is for the intake starting on 04/01/2025 (Sat 8.30 am).
This course runs for 3 weeks and is intended to teach dog-owners the basics of Reward Based Training. Owners with a new puppy or those who are just commencing their dog training journey with an old dog are most welcome to attend.
Full payment of course fee of $150 (Step 3) is required per dog to confirm the enrolment.
If you are enrolling more than one dog, you must follow this enrolment process for each dog separately.
Course Fee is non-refundable unless prior notice is given (early withdrawal or transfer to a different intake date) to Elite Canines Training, 7 days before the start of the course.
You will receive an email from me before the course starts with further information about training.
I highly encourage family involvement in your dog or puppy’s training, however please keep in mind that the minimum age for owner-trainers is 10 years old and adult supervision is required for all children.

For the last class of the course, I always take some photos to capture the dogs and handlers in action. These photos will be available to you free of cost. I hereby consent and agree that Elite Canines Training has the right to take photographs/video recordings of me/my dog for uses including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising and web content as they relate to Elite Canines Training.
